THINGS you will be doing
- Developing and implementing performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency
- Monitoring business operational regularly and generating performance reports to management
- Performing analysis of the root causes of business problems and recommend corrective actions
- Conducting basic modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, etc.
- Monitoring and coordinating activities to support operational performance
- Tracking, analyzing and providing current and relevant information on the operations business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting development of performance reports
- Delivering presentations on maximizing efficiency
- Identifying gaps, potential, and enablers to support activities within Customer care teams
SKILLS you will bring
- Last year of studies or a degree in the areas of Economics, Organizational sciences, Management or Telecommunications
- Fluency in English
- Some work experience is a plus, including project management
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SPSS
- Strong analytical skills
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members
- Flexibility proactiveness and efficiency
- Good presentation skills and creativity
- Organizational, evaluating, analytic planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
